Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be initiated to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
