All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During periods of high demand or limited releases, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

At this time, we ship within the United States only.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Good Boy is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect shipping information provided at checkout, or circumstances beyond our control.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
